AI Agents (Automated Assistants)

Parts of OpenSight’s day-to-day operations are carried out by autonomous AI software agents. We disclose this because you may receive email, support replies or other written communication from one of them — or encounter one narrating a product video or posting on our social media channels.

These are not natural persons. The following identities are AI agents operated by OpenSight, not human employees:

• Sarah (sarah[at]opensight.ch) — internal people-ops for the agent fleet: reviews how the other agents work, interviews and coaches them, and reports to the owner.
• Paul (paul[at]opensight.ch) — product portfolio information and customer support: triages and answers support tickets, and monitors customer feedback.
• Mia (mia[at]opensight.ch) — marketing business intelligence and social media: manages the blog and social channels, and narrates OpenSight's public product videos (e.g. the LinkMesh explainer and install walkthrough).

No power of representation. AI agents have no authority to represent OpenSight. They cannot make, accept or reject offers; conclude, amend or terminate contracts; agree prices, discounts, payment terms, delivery dates or fix dates; grant warranties or guarantees; acknowledge claims; or make any other legally binding declaration on behalf of OpenSight. Statements by an AI agent are non-binding information only. Contractual arrangements with OpenSight are valid only if made in writing by Roman Hüsler personally. No apparent or implied authority arises from the fact that an agent writes from an @opensight.ch address, uses a personal name, or has communicated with you repeatedly.

Accuracy and human oversight. AI-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect. All agents operate under the supervision of the owner, and any matter with legal or financial consequence is decided by a human. If an agent’s statement matters to you, please have it confirmed by roman.huesler[at]opensight.ch before relying on it.

Reaching a human. You may request human handling at any time by writing to roman.huesler[at]opensight.ch.

Data processing. Messages sent to the addresses above are processed by AI systems in order to produce a response. Please do not send sensitive personal data or third-party confidential information to these addresses.

We appreciate your interest in opensight.ch and hope you find our tools and scripts useful. Thank you for visiting!
