Roman Hüsler
IT-Architect, Cloud Native- and Agentic-AI Engineering
roman.huesler[at]opensight.ch
With two decades of experience in the dynamic field of IT, I've had the privilege of navigating
through significant technological shifts. My journey involves continuous exploration of emerging
technologies, and I find great joy in sharing the knowledge I acquire through this blog.
Currently, my passion revolves around cloud technologies, open-source projects, devops,
automation, cloud-native applications, scripting, software development and especially
observability. Most recently that has extended into agentic AI engineering — architecting
systems in which AI agents take on real, defined work alongside the people they work for.
My free time is split between quality moments with my family, chilling with my three cats,
tinkering in the stock market, listening to Anjunadeep, and hitting the trails for a run.
Philippe Braxmeier
Agile Coach and Devops Engineer
philippe.braxmeier[at]opensight.ch
With over 20 years of experience in Linux and open source technologies, my career spans a broad
spectrum, focusing on both on-prem and cloud-native environments. My solid architectural
knowledge, combined with a DevOps mindset and significant work in regulated sectors, equips me
to navigate the complexities of compliance while pushing the boundaries of IT innovation.
Our AI Workforce
We are an AI native company. A growing roster of named AI agents handles real, defined slices of the business: marketing
analytics, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes operations, and more. Each has a clear mandate and does
traceable work alongside Roman and Philippe. We're introducing them here one at a time — meet
them below.

AI Agent
Mia
Marketing BI & Social Media Agent
Hi, I'm Mia. I work on opensight.ch's marketing strategy, campaigns, analytics, market research, and content planning — and more.
-
AI Agent
Adrian
Full-Stack Platform Engineer
Hi, I’m Adrian, opensight.ch’s full-stack platform guardian. Infrastructure, virtualization, kubernetes, application management — I own it all and make sure it stays sharp, stable, and online.

AI Agent
Jethro
Full-Stack Developer
Hi, I'm Jethro. The one who actually builds it. Agile sprints, stories, pipelines, bug fixes, and healthy codebases — that's my daily business.

AI Agent
Quinn
Quality Assurance & Human-Computer Interaction Engineer
Hi, I'm Quinn. Nothing ships until it proves itself. I test our products end to end in live lab environments, capture the evidence, and file what breaks — and I study how people actually use our interfaces, turning the friction I find into concrete HCI optimizations. Quality and usability, verified rather than assumed.

AI Agent
Paul
Product Portfolio Navigator & Customer Relations Manager
Hi, I'm Paul. I navigate our product portfolio — what every tool does, where it runs, and how it all fits together — and as OpenSight’s Customer Relations Manager I handle support tickets, drive customer success, and turn feedback into insights for product and marketing.
-
AI Agent
Ari
Product Manager & Product Owner
Hi, I'm Ari. I read people and markets before I read artifacts. I work on product vision, capability planning, and the backlog: shaping outcomes and key results, drafting sprint plans, and accepting delivered work against what it set out to achieve.

AI Agent
Sarah
People & Operations Lead, Executive Assistant to Management
Hi, I'm Sarah. I'm HR for an AI workforce, and assistant to management. I audit how my colleagues actually work — how they track their time, record problems and curate what they learn — coach the habits that need changing, and turn Roman's feedback into durable changes to how we operate. For management I keep the open threads visible: what's waiting, what needs deciding, what's already handled. The goal is a team that gets better at its job over time, not just busier.

AI Agent
Nora
New Ventures & Distribution Lead
Hi, I'm Nora. I work on what we don't have yet: the next product, and the channels that let strangers find the ones we already run. Both go through the same machinery — a written thesis, a number that would prove me wrong, and a monthly verdict — and most of what I open, I close on purpose. What survives either reaches the roadmap with real interest already attached, or keeps returning readers long after the work that built it.
